Eligibility for Returns

 
A return request will be approved only if all of the following criteria are met:
 
  • The item is returned in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear and all original packaging and labels intact.
  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to you.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided, such as your original order confirmation email, digital invoice, or order number linked to your Naoine account.
 

Items Excluded from Returns

 
For hygiene, quality, and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items under any circumstances:
 
  • Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page and during checkout.
  • Personal care products that have been opened, used, or had their original seals broken.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items tailored to your specific requests or specifications.
 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Shipments

 
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or not the product you originally ordered (e.g., wrong size, style, or quantity), please contact our team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We will promptly arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion. To expedite the resolution process, we may request clear photographs of the affected item and its original packaging to verify the issue.
 

Refund Processing

 
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Refund processing times vary by financial institution, and it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is necessary due to a Naoine error (e.g., incorrect shipment, defective product, or packaging damage from our fulfillment team).
 

Return Shipping Responsibilities

 
For returns that are not a result of a Naoine error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect personal selection), the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation for your return shipment. This allows us to quickly confirm receipt of your item and speed up the refund or exchange process, and Naoine cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments sent via non-trackable methods.
